Having regard to the quantum of the compensation awarded by both the Fora below, i.e., ₹10,000/-, I do not find it to be a fit case for exercise of Revisional Jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  The Revision Petition is dismissed on that short ground.  Evidently, issue of notice to the Respondent, would be an additional financial burden on the Petitioners which, in all probability, would be more than the amount of compensation awarded.

               Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed on the afore-noted ground, keeping open the question sought to be raised in the Petition with regard to the Jurisdiction of the Consumer Fora to entertain claims for refund of Railway Fare.
