          The State Commission by the impugned order has reduced the amount of compensation from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/-.  Aggrieved by this, petitioner has filed the present revision petition.

          Grant of compensation is a matter of discretion.  In the present case, the State Commission has reduced the amount of compensation by giving good reasons.  The only other point raised by

the petitioner is that the respondent corporation in its appeal had not placed on record the approval of the Standing Committee to file the appeal.  It has no bearing on the merits of the case.  Dismissed.
