                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

30.08.2022:               Put up the case record. On perusal the case record. It reveals from complaint petition that the complainant Arif Kujur is a resident of Gaibira in Sundargarh district.  The O.P.No.1 is branch manager, Canara Bank, Sundargarh, and the O.P.No.2 is Regional manager, Canara Bank,1^st floor, Redcross Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.  The present case is not come under the jurisdiction of this commission.  Accordingly the complainant is directed to file case as per law.  The limitation shall not be bar for filing complaint.

                               Accordingly, the case disposed of.
