19.08.2021                The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant through his learned counsel. The case is fixed on dtd.02.09.2021 for further order. The Complainant is present along with his Advocate and files a memo for  withdrawal petition along with document which was executed and accepted.

Heard.  The complainant do not want to proceed in this case further as both parties are amicably settled the disputes outside the District commission. Hence, the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further and prays to drop the proceedings.

                                    In view of withdraw petition, the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
