                      The  case record is advanced today’s file  on the strength of  on advance petition filed by the complainant. The complainant files a memo stating that , the mater has already been settled by both the parties and hence the complainant wants to not pressed the case. Hence the complainant do not wants to proceed with the case.

                  Accordingly the case of the complainant is dismissed as not pressed.
