On perusal of record we find that complainant is not taking any steps since 02.05.2023.

Even he is absent today without any steps.

None appears on her behalf till 2:12 PM.

Accordingly we find that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

 In this situation   we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.

 Hence,

ordered,
