It is seen that complainant is remaining absent since 21.3.11 and not taking any steps for which hearing of the case could not be taken up On earlier date that is 22.6.11 last chance was serve to complainant For ever it present that the complainant is not interested to run the case and simply making dates will not meet the purpose and hence the case is dismissed for default.
