On the strength of the petition filed by the op no 1 the case record was taken up today.The learned counsel for the op1 submitted that as per order dt 23.8.11 of this forum passed in CD case no 57/09 this op no 1 is directed to pay rs 3,41,744/-after deducting rs 36,000/-from the IDV amount of Rs RS 3,59,744/-which is actually comes to rs 3,23,744/- perused the order.It is apparent that this is only result of an arithmetical mistake and no prejudice would be caused to any party if the error/mistake is rectified or correct.Accordingly called for the orders from the parties and the arithmetical mistake in the last para of order i.e rs 3,59,744/-deducting the depreciation amount of rs 36,000/-= Rs 3,41744/-be read/corrected rs  3,23,744/-instead of rs 3,41,744/- hence forth and all other parties of the order remained infect as it is.Accordingly the petition filed by the Op no1 is disposed of and this order be taken as part and partial of the order dt 23.8.11 passed cd case no 57/2009.
