            The O.P files a verified petition for show cause.

            The petition be treated as M.A Case No.119/2016.

            Heard both sides. Objection is raised by the complainant. We find that Ld. Advocate agent of the O.P unintentionally was not taken any steps, it is only for diary mistakes and failed to appear.

            We find that cause shown for nonappearance is sufficient and accepted.

                        Ordered,

                                    That the show cause petition filed by the O.P i.e. M.A Case No. 119/2018 is allowed. No cost.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.

            Fixed 11/12/2018 for filing compromise.
