Ld. Counsel for both the parties present. It is submitted by the Op that the vehicle has been released as per order dt. 21.05.2024 passed by this Commission. The copy of the release order also filed by the Op wherein the Complainant has put his signature stating therein that though the vehicle released after 10 days of receipt of the payment made by the Complainant and the Complainant wants to withdraw the legal proceeding. Since the Complainant undertakes to withdraw the present C.C.Case as the vehicle has been released, there remains nothing to adjudicate and as such the C.C.Case No. 57/2024 is herby withdrawn and accordingly disposed off.
