Complainant/Dhr. is present by filing hazira giving a statement of dues of Rs.739/- still payable to him by the O.P./Jdr.

This is a long pending Execution case and the Complainant/Dhr. wishes to drop the  case after receipt of the above said amount.

Accordingly the instant Execution case is disposed of with the direction upon the O.P./Jdr. to pay Rs.739/- in favour of the Complainant/Dhr. forthwith.

Both parties be supplied copy of the order free of cost.
