Attendance has been filed on behalf of petitioner.

Heard the learned lawyer for the petitioner and perused the record this Misc case is for recalling order dated 29-05-2018  passed in Ex. Case no.41/2014 and also to restore the case in its original stage as before 29-05-2018.

 The learned lawyer for the petitioner  agreed  on the point that this court has no power to review its  final order.

On perusal of the record that is order sheet dated 15-01-2018/29-05-2018., it transpires that this forum has disposed off the case with full satisfaction of the  D.Hr. This forum has no power to review its final order. So, this Misc. case is not maintainable and hence dismissed as same has no merit.
