Final Order / Judgement

The D.Hr. is present by filing hajira through his Ld. Lawyer.  The J.Dr. is absent.

            Today is fixed for further order.

At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr. files a petition praying for dropping the case as he has received Rs.1,60,268/- through N.E.F.T on 07.11.2019 from the J.Dr. with full satisfaction. 

            Perused the petition.  Considered.  Heard the D.Hr. 

            The Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr. has submitted before the Forum that he has received payment from the J.Dr. with full satisfaction, so he does not want to proceed the case further and the case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

            However, after hearing the Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr. and also after perusal of the petition as well as the original case record, the Forum is of the view that the execution case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

 

Hence, it is

Ordered,

            That the Execution case be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction. 

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties forthwith free of cost.
