The withdrawal memo filed by the complainant on 06.02.2018 is taken up. He has filed the memo with prayer to drop the case as withdrawn on the grounds that he has settled the case with the OP outside the forum. The complainant has been identified by his counsel. Since the complainant has settled the dispute his prayer is allowed. The case is dropped as withdrawn.
