                                         Heard from both the sides. Perused the petition of complainant for withdrawal of the case. It is stated in the petition that the case between both the Parties have already been compromised outside of this Commission, for which the complainant wants to withdraw the present case. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition for withdrawal of the case.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The withdrawal petition filed by the complainant is disposed of accordingly.
