            OPs file hazira through Advocate.  Neither the Complainant nor his Advocate is present on repeated call though today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why the consumer case shall not be dismissed for default. There is no prayer on the part of the complainant for extension of time to file written show cause in terms of the order dated 21.07.2022.

 In view of the above aspect, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case anymore. Thus, the consumer complaint is dismissed for default but without any cost.
