The complainant files hazira. The O.P No.1 files W/V. Copy served.

The complainant files a petition for expunging name of the O.P No.2. Copy served. The petition is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A 39/2017.

Heard both sides.

During hearing Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant submits that huge time has lapsed but no S/R of O.P No.2 is received and name of the O.P No.2 is to be expunged for speedy disposal of the case.

We do not find any impediment to allow the petition.

Hence,

Ordered,

                                     that the petition dated 30.11.2017 filed by the complainant for expunging the name of the O.P No.2  Shriram transport Fin Co Ltd, Chennai is allowed on contest without any cost. Amend the complaint.

            Thus M.A 39/2017 be disposed of accordingly.

Fix 29.01.2018 for filing evidence by the complainant.
