Complainant files hazira through Ld. Lawyer.

  Complainant’s petition dt. 23-11-17 is taken up for hearing. Perused that petition. Hd. Submission of LD. Lawyer. He prays for dismissed of this case submitting that the op has paid Rs 6415/- by cheque as per demand of the complainant and as such the complainant does not want to priced further with this case.

In view of above submission of Ld. Lawyer and complainant’s petition dt. 23-11-17, this case deserves dismissal.

  Hence , it is,   Ordered.

That this case stands dismissed for non prosecution without cost. Complainant’s petition dt. 23-11-17 stands disposed of accordingly.
