ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the complainant filed in person and on behalf of the OP filed through his advocate.

Learned advocate for the OP incourse of hearing submitted that in obedience to and compliance of the order of the honorable appex court all the investment made by the investors with SAHARA India Limited is being disbursed and for the same investors like the present applicant has to apply on the concerned portal through CRC government of India as such according to him now such disputes can not been entertained and adjudicated by this commission after the order of Hon’ble Appex Court. Hence, the complainant may be directed to apply for refund of the invested amount through CRC portal.

On the other hand complainant’s son in attendance submitted that he has already applied for refund through the concerning portal about a month ago. According to learned advocate all the applications are to be processed within 45 days from the date of the application. Inview of above said facts and circumstances of the case after direction of the Hon’ble Appex Court, this commission has no juridication at all to adjudicate the complainants is disposed off with direction to the complainant to follow the procedure of refund as the directed by the Hon’ble supreme court. Accordingly further proceeding of this case is dropped.
