Today the case is fixed for hearing. The complainant so also Adv. for the Op. are present in the forum today. The complainant files a petition in support of affidavit praying for withdraw her case as the matter has already been settled between the parties outside of the forum.       Heard the petition from the complainant, she given consent to withdraw her case on the facts as in the affidavit.

          Considering the facts and circumstances the withdraw petition accompanied with affidavit is allowed. Let the case is withdrawn.

                                           Accordingly the case is disposed of as withdrawn.
