The Advocate for the Complainant files time petition on the reasons mentioned therein, but found absent in the Forum premises and none moved the time petition. Hence, it is rejected. Defect No.2 as pointed out in the Office note has not been removed by the Complainant, which is vital for the just decision of this case. We also found no reasonable ground to adjourn this case furthermore. Hence, the case of the Complainant is rejected accordingly for non-removal of the defects in Office note by the Complainant.
