                                       The case is posted today for consideration of withdrawal petition filed by the Complainant along with the Advocate for the Complainant with copy of bank account statement, xerox copy of Pan card and Aadhar card duly attested by the Complainant, copy of which is received by the Advocate for O.Ps on 16.02.2019 without any objection. Both the Parties are absent today. Perused the case record. However, for the interest of justice, the withdrawal petition is allowed since the withdrawal is voluntary in nature.
