Present:         Ld. Proxy Counsel for Parties

Proposal has already been given by the OP to pay Rs.1,17,980/- to the Complainant in full and final settlement of the claim.  Written MOU/settlement has already been placed on record.  Accordingly, OP is directed to pay Rs.1,17,980/- in full and final settlement of this matter within period of 30 days and consent decree to that effect has been passed in Lok Adalat.  Copy of this Order be given Dasti to Counsel for both the parties. 

File be consigned to record room.
