Today is fixed for bringing order of Hon’ble SCDRC.

Ld. advocate for the complainant is present. He file net copy of Hon’ble SCDRC passed in first appeal no. A/933/2016.

Peruse the same. I find that Hon’ble SCDRC passed the following order.

In view of said back drop, the repudiation of the claim of appellant as on 23/09/2014 sustainable.

In the height of the above finding, I allow this Appeal, the impugned of the order is set aside.

As the appeal against impugned final order has been allowed.

So present execution case bears no merit.

Hence, ordered.

That the present execution case Vide No. EA/19/2016 arise CC/ 47/2015 is dismissed. This execution case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
