The record is received for disposal through Lok Addalat.

The parties are present and they have filed a joint petition for compromise of the case.

Perused the compromise petition and materials on record.

We find that the terms and conditions of the compromise petition are legal and valid.

We do not find any impediment to allow the petition.

 Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the CC Case No. 146/2015 be and the same is disposed of through Lokadalat in terms and conditions of the joint compromise petition, which do form part of the order.

Copy of the order be supplied to the parties at free of cost.
