No step is taken by the Complainant who is found absent on repeated call.

The case is fixed for admission hearing. It appears from the record that the complaint was filed on 18/04/2024 and since then he is not available for admission hearing.

In absence of the Complainant and his lawyer the Commission cannot suo motu admit the complaint.

Hence it is ordered…..

That the complaint case is dismissed as not admitted.
