It is submitted that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. As per the terms agreed, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.29,000/- to the respondent within two weeks in full and final settlement of his subject loan accounts and on payment of said amount, the respondent shall return the gold ornaments pawned by the petitioner at the time of taking of said loans. It is submitted that the revision petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement and the question of law raised in this revision petition may be kept open for decision in an appropriate case.   2. Petitioner as well as counsel for the respondent are directed to sign the proceeding sheet in token of their confirming the above said settlement. 3. In view of the above, the revision petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement and the orders of the Foras below are modified accordingly. Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
