Final Order / Judgement

                                         The record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the Ld. Counsel of Complainant & as per withdrawal petition filed by the Advocate for Complainant, he has stated that the O.P has already deposited the cheque bearing No.000623, dt.24.01.2015 of Rs.60,000/- in favour of Dhr as per order of this Forum in C.D.C No.170/11. In this connection, the Dhr has received the above cheque from C.D.C record of 170/11 with full & final settlement. Under the above circumstances, the Misc. case filed by the Dhr is hereby withdrawn & disposed of accordingly.
