Complainant was absent on 18/02/2015,18/03/2015 without step.

Upon such on 18/03/2015 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 31/03/2015 for filing show cause .

Today i/e 31/03/2015 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that the complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
