Rowina Nandini Mehrotra & Anrs. Vs. Max Buppa Health Insurance Co. Ltd. & Ors.

 

Matter is placed before the Lok Adalat (Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan) as per order dated 06.12.2022 of this Commission.

Both the parties are present with their respective Advocates.

Heard the parties present as to settlement of the dispute in between the parties.

It has been submitted for the Jdrs that an amount of Rs.6,08,999/- has been paid to the Dhr together with amount of compensation and litigation cost.  The Dhr has acknowledged the payment aforesaid.  A petition to that effect is filed by the Dhr with the prayer for disposal of the matter. 

In view of the above, the matter is settled and disposed of.

The CDF Unit-II EA No. 94/2022 is thus disposed on settlement.
