The O.P 3 Superintendent of Excise, Kalahandi Sir, Ranjan Kumar Naik appeared and submit in writing that Sri Mukesh Singh Rajpurohit the license of IMFL OFF Shop, Seinpur of Kalahandi district has deposited the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/- towards violation of license condition and selling liquor more than printing price vide e- challan No.37EE3D45BE dt.20.02.2024 said written memo along with e – challan is taken into record.

On perusal of the record it is found that the complainant and O.P 1 has jointly filed a joint petition of settlement of the dispute where they have already settled their dispute and the complainant has acknowledge received of Rs.15,000/- as compensation towards mental agony and litigation cost and does not want to proceed any more in this case said Joint petition taken into record be formed as par to this order.

In view of the amicable settlement of the parties and statutory penalty collected from the O.P 1, this case is disposed off
