            The Complainant is absent without step .The case is taken up for Admission Hearing. None turn up on behalf of the complainant on repeated calls.

It appears from the record that on 23.08.2021 the complainant remain absent without steps .So the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case will not be dismissed for non prosecution and today has been fixed for filing show cause. But the complainant neither appeared nor filed show cause as directed .From the conduct of the complainant it appears us that the complainant is not willing to proceed further with the case .As such the case is liable to be dismissed.

           

        Hence, it is,

Ordered,

 

            that the Complaint Case No.CC/22/2021 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without cost.    

                        The case is thus disposed of.
