Today is fixed for filing answer by the complainant supported by affidavit.

Complainant is present.

Ld. Adv. for the OP is present.

He paid cost of Rs. 500/-.

Receipt filed vide no. 0449/19.

He files a petition stating that he already cancelled the appointment of his Ld. Adv.

He submits that  he want to proceed his case personally.

 He also files another petition and stated that he will not proceed this case and want to withdraw the case.

 He also files another petition praying for return of original documents.

 He files Xerox copy of Pan Card, Aaddhar Card and Voter Card.

 He also produced original copy of Pan Card, Aaddhar Card and Voter Card.

 Same are returned to him after perusal.
