Today is fixed for hearing of the petition filed by the Jdrs and order.

Complainant/Dhr files hazer through the authorized representative. Ld. Counsel for the OPs/Jdrs files hazira. Complainant/Dhr also files an application through the authorized representative stating that the dispute has been settled and awarded money has been paid by the Ops/Jdrs as passed in First Appeal case being No. A/956/2016 before the Hon’ble SCDRC, WB on 20.03.2019. as such, since there is no claim against the Ops/Jdrs, the Execution Application may please be stopped and disposed of. Copy of the said application is received by the other side.

As the authorized representative of the complainant/Dhr by filing petition stating that the complainant/Dhr has received the awarded amount from the Ops/Jdrs and there is no grievance left against the Ops/Jdrs and willing to withdraw the instant Execution Application, we are of the view that the prayer of the complainant/Dhr should be allowed.

Hence, it is

that the present Execution Application being No. 29/2016 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provision of law.
