Both parties filed Hazira  through Advocate.

The Petition dated: 13-07-2017 filed by O.P. No.2 & 3 for expunging the name of O.P. No.1 is taken up for hearing.

O.P. No.1 is the Head of LIC of India, O.P. No.2 is the Branch Office at Khatra under O.P. No.1 and O.P. No.3 is the Divisional Office at Asansol under O.P. No.1.

All the O.P.s are the same and one with the same identity and all are necessary party in a case like this.

So the petition for expunging the name of O.P. No.1 is totally mis-conceived and hence it is rejectyed summarily.

Accordingly M.A.31/2018 is disposed of.

W.V. has been filed by O.P. No.2 & 3 jointly.
