Complainant is present and files a petition seeking permission to withdraw the case.  Perused the petition.  Heard submission of the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant.  We find that complainant has filed the petition seeking permission of this Forum to withdraw the case with liberty to file the case afresh due to some formal defects.  Prayer is allowed.  Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case with liberty to file the case afresh if not barred as per provision of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  The case and the petition filed today are disposed of accordingly.
