The learned counsel for the complainant and OPs No. 1 to 4 are present. Heard on the petition dtd.27.12.2018 in which the OPs No.1 to 4 challenged the maintainability of the present proceeding before this Commission, in view of the award passed by arbitrator on 14.09.2012 in S.G.R.C.V.No.137 of 2012. Put up later for order.

Later-              

               Perused the true copy of the award and found that the cause of action of the arbitration and the present proceeding before the authority is same. Once a order is passed by a competent authority this Forum/Commission has no jurisdiction to sit over the matter. Hence the present proceeding is not maintainability. Hence the case is dropped.
