ORDER

Today is fixed for filing evidence and settlement in presence of both sides.

Both parties file petition on the ground stated there in.

 Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides and the complainant is also examined on dock.

The complainant is not willing to proceed the case and she has no grievance against the OP side after receiving the cheque.

We find that the parties have amicable settled the case and terms of settlements are valid, legal and accepted.

The OP files a cheque being No. 402687 amounting to Rs. 1,00000/- (One Lacks) dated 10/03/2021 .

The complainant files a petition for permitting her to withdraw the said cheque.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 06/04/2021 filed by the Complainant for withdraw the cheque No. 402687 amounting to Rs. 1,00000/- (One Lacks) dated 10/03/2021 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same is allowed.

The cheque is received by the complainant on full satisfaction.

Let the present CC Case No. 43/2018 be dropped on full satisfaction.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
