17.1.2018                  Today the case is fixed for appearance and filing of written version . The complainant is present along with his advocate and files a  withdrawn petition signed by the complainant and his Adv. and stated that the disputes between the parties has already been settled  with the O.P outside the  forum and do not want to proceed with the case any further.

 

                                    The complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further ,                      hence    the      present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

 

Accordingly the present Consumer Complaint Case is disposed of.
