The complainant is present by filing a hajira through his Ld. Lawyer.  The OP is also present by filing a petition through his Ld. Lawyer.

            Today is fixed for final order.

            At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files a petition praying for dropping the case with full satisfaction on the ground stated therein.

            Perused the petition.  Considered.  Heard the complainant.

            The Ld. Lawyer for the complainant has submitted before the Forum that he does not want to proceed with this case further and the case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

            On the other hand, the Ld. Lawyer for the OP has filed a petition praying for dispose off the case as the matter was settled between the parties with full satisfaction.

            Perused the petition.  Considered.  Heard the OP.

            However, after hearing the Ld. Lawyers for the both sides and also after perusal of the petitions as well as the original case record, the Forum is of the view that the instant case may be dropped as the matter was settled between the parties with full satisfaction.

            that the instant case be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction. 

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
