Final Order / Judgement

A petition has been filed on behalf of J.Dr. i.e. Chola M/S GIC of the effect that as per terms and conditions of award of this forum, he has filed  cheque no.- 859542 dated 19-11-2018 and the D.Hr. has received the same with no objection. Lastly, it has been prayed that the Ex. Case may be dispose of.

         The learned lawyer for the D.Hr. has no objection. He has mentioned the same on the petition.

          Heard the learned lawyer for both the parties. On perusal of the records it transpires that the J.Dr. had filed a cheque bearing no. 859542 of Rs. 2,33,817- on      29-11-2018 and D.Hr. has received the same on 30-11-2018.

          The learned lawyer for the D.Hr. has        ‘ no objection’ to dispose of the case with full satisfaction. In the circumstances, this case is disposed of with full satisfaction of the D.Hr.
