Today is fixed for show cause by Complainant.

Ld. Advocate for O.P. files his hajira.

Complainant is absent without any step.

It is now 12-55 p.m.  On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we find that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That the Complaint Case No.29 of 2015 be and same is hereby dismissed for default ; but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
