Ld. Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1&2 is present.  Appellant is found absent on repeated calls.  Today is fixed for filing reply to the show cause.  However, Appellant does not take any step in this regard.  It appears that on the last 3 occasions too, the Appellant did not turn up which clearly manifest his disinclination to pursue the present Appeal.  Accordingly, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
