                    On 13th February, 2023, the complainant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

 

2.                In view of the statement made by complainant Mr. Kailash Bhatia, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
