          Learned counsel for the complainant has made statement (Annexure-I) to the effect that he withdraws this complaint with liberty to file the same before the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in view of the decision rendered by a Three Members Bench of Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in Parikshit Parashar Versus M/s. Universal Buildwell Private Limited and others, decided on October 07^th, 2016. His statement is accepted and the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
