PER S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:
As per order dated 04.03.2022 contained in letter No.594, I am conducting these proceedings singly.
File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat as both the parties are ready to settle the matter amicably.
2. Mr. Nitesh Mittal, learned counsel for complainants has made a statement on 31st October, 2022 that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.
3. In view of the statement made by Mr. Nitesh Mittal, counsel for the complainants, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
4. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
5. File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
