It is stated by learned counsel for both the parties that matter has been settled amicably.

           Counsel for respondent has placed on record the original settlement deed.

          It is stated by learned counsel for both parties that appeal be disposed of in the terms of settlement deed executed between the parties.

          In view of above statement made by learned counsel for the both parties, the present appeal stand disposed of being compromised. Both parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement.

          With these observations, the present appeal stand disposed of.
