ORDER BY HON’BLE MEMBER- MRS. M. SWAIN:
JUDGMENT
Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s. 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking following relief;
“Direct the opposite parties to make the CC account bearing No.378459183 free for transaction which has been hold by the opposite parties and pay compensation Rs.1,00,000/- towards mental agony and Rs.50,000/- towards financial loss including cost of litigation.”
Brief fact of the complainant is that the complainant has taken one KCC loan of Rs.99,000/- and presently the loan amount has been increased to Rs.1,25,284.65 paisa for which the current account of complainant bearing No.378459183 has been hold and complainant has also not paid the amount as directed by this Commission in it’s order dt.08.4.2024.
Relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and there is no deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties as such we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
Pronounced in the open Commission on this 27th Nov.,2024.
