The record is put up today on the strength of advance petition  filed by the learned counsel for the complainant. The Op’s counsel has received the copy without objection.

                   The complainant Puspalata Behera has filed filed a memo with prayer to allow her to withdraw the case as she does not want to proceed with the case anymore. The OP’s counsel has received the copy without objection. Heard. Since the parties have already compromised the case, it is needless to proceed with the case any more. Hence the prayer of the complainant is allowed. The case is dropped as withdrawn and closed.
