Heard Mr. Barun Prasad, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner and consider the impugned order.  The only contention of the Revisionist before us is that the application before the Forum below was at the instance of the Ld. Advocate.  We have considered the ground for dismissal which was redressed by the impugned order as it appears the same related to the difficulty of the Ld. Advocate, we do not find any ground in the interest of justice to interfere under such order whereby the matter has been restored recalling the order of dismissal for default.  Revision is dismissed.  No order as to cost.
